What we collect
Only what you type into the request form: name, email, phone, the dates you picked, number of guests and any note you add. Nothing else is gathered, and there is no profiling.
Why
To answer your request and, if you go ahead, to organise the stay. The legal basis is the steps taken before entering a contract, at your request.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not turn into a stay are deleted within twelve months. If you do stay, the documents we are legally required to keep are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it
The email provider that delivers the message and the hosting provider that runs the site. Nobody else. Your data is not sold and not used for advertising.
Guest registration
If you stay, Italian law requires us to send your identity document details to the State Police through the Alloggiati Web system within 24 hours of arrival. This is a legal obligation and there is no way around it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to the email above. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and there is no analytics on it as published. If measurement is added later, a consent banner will appear before anything is set and this page will be updated.
