The place
Fifty square metres on the ground floor, opening onto a courtyard. A double bed and a double sofa bed, so four people sleep here without anyone drawing the short straw. The kitchenette is small and honest: one electric hob, a moka pot, enough for breakfast and not much more. Bari is full of places to eat and most of them are three minutes away. Outside the door there is a courtyard with a table and two chairs — in the old town, a place to sit outside is the rarest thing of all.

Two short flights of steps
The house is on the ground floor but you go down two short flights. They are easy, but they exist: if you travel with heavy luggage or have trouble walking, keep it in mind.

Getting in
You let yourself in with a code sent the day before. No arrival window, no key handover.
A private transfer and luggage storage can both be arranged, just ask when you book. A taxi for the morning you leave can be booked from the house.
